Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

We currently ship within the Unites States Only. Orders ship using USPS and UPS. A tracking number will be issued once the order has shipped. Normal Shipping is 3-5 business days. Shipping times may increase during holiday seasons. Please ensure you order your items ahead of time to be sure you have them when they are needed. If you need the item sooner, there is an additional fee for faster shipping.

Lost, Damaged, Stolen or delayed shipments are the responsibility of the Delivery Service Provider. If Lost, Stolen or Damaged items are received, Please Contact the shipper and file a claim using their systems. 

Refunds will not be issued for items that have been shipped and have reached their destinations as determined by tracking. 

Local Pickup is for those living in the Middle Georgia area ONLY! If you do not live in the surrounding area to be able to pickup your item, please do not choose local pickup. If you do choose local pickup and cannot pickup your order, you will be sent an invoice for shipping to pay the additional shipping cost. 

PROCESSING

Processing time is 5-7 business days. Please order in advance to have your items on time. If you need the item sooner, please add the rush fee listing to the cart and include the date of event.
