Not ready to build a full gang sheet? No problem. This option is perfect if you have a single design that you need in specific quantities and sizes. Simply upload your artwork, choose your dimensions, and tell us how many you need. We’ll take care of the layout for you!
Standard Sizes & Recommendations
Unsure what size to pick? Here are our most popular dimensions for custom apparel:
- Infant/Toddler: 5" – 6" (Center Chest)
- Youth: 7" – 8" (Center Chest)
- Adult Left Chest (Pocket): 3.5" – 4.5"
- Adult Standard: 9" – 10.5" (Perfect for M-XL shirts)
- Adult Oversized: 11" – 12" (Best for 2XL+ or "Big Print" looks)
- Sleeve/Hat: 2" – 3"
How to Order:
- Upload Your Artwork: Use a high-quality PNG with a transparent background (300 DPI).
- Enter Your Dimensions: Specify the width you want for your design. We will scale the height proportionally to ensure your image doesn't look stretched or distorted.
- Choose Your Quantity: Whether you need 1 or 100, enter the total number of transfers for this specific size.
- Add to Cart: Repeat the process for any additional sizes or different designs!
File Requirements for Individual Transfers:
- Transparency is Required: Please ensure your file has no background. Any background colors (including white) will be printed.
- High Resolution Only: To ensure a crisp, professional finish, your file must be at least 300 DPI.
- No Mirroring: Just like our gang sheets, please upload your image exactly as you want it to appear on the shirt. We handle the mirroring on our end.

Processing:
Orders can take 5-7 days for processing.
Custom Item Order Processing:
Customers will receive a proof within 3-5 days before anything is printed or shipped. At this time you can request up to 2 changes. There is a 2 change request maximum. Once you approve the design draft, the item is shipped. If design not approved within 3 day, the item will be shipped without approval.
Shipping:
Shipping is 3-5 business days (ground shipping). If you need the item sooner, there is an additional fee for faster shipping.

Refunds are not available due to the time spent on customization. Please ensure everything is correct prior to your approval.
