2. Upload HIGH QUALITY, READY TO PRINT FILES. (May also email files to tripleqcustomdesigns@gmail.com, must have order number as subject) DO NOT MIRROR YOUR IMAGE

File requirements:
All files must be print ready!
All files must be 300 DPI and/or of the highest quality.
Files less than 300 DPI can product low quality prints.
Files accepted: PDF, JPEG, PNG, SVG, PSD, EPS
Ensure all artwork fits into the size transfer purchased.

There are no refunds on any custom items. Please make sure artwork fits in the size purchased.

Processing:
Orders can take 5-7 days for processing.
Custom Item Order Processing:
Customers will receive a proof within 3-5 days before anything is printed or shipped. At this time you can request up to 2 changes. There is a 2 change request maximum. Once you approve the design draft, the item is shipped. If design not approved within 3 day, the item will be shipped without approval.
Shipping:
Shipping is 3-5 business days (ground shipping). If you need the item sooner, there is an additional fee for faster shipping.

Refunds are not available due to the time spent on customization. Please ensure everything is correct prior to your approval.
