ORDER DETAILS:
1. Choose if you would like to receive a custom Simple design or a custom Deluxe design. The simple design consist of a custom design printed on a smooth surface and added to the cap topper. The deluxe design consist of rhinestones, flowers, or any other items necessary to make the design 3D. (Please see photos for example)
2. Please leave any customization information you would like to see on your custom cap topper (colors, words, quotes, pictures, flowers, glitter, no glitter, etc.)
PROFESSIONAL PRINTING
Professionally printed on high quality smooth card stock or glitter card stock.
COLOR QUALITY
Please understand there are COLOR VARIATIONS. Due to variations in computer monitors as well as printers. The color printed may appear different than what is seen on screen.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Simple designs will be process in 2-3 days. Deluxe designs will take 4-6 days. Shipping is 2-4 days. If you would like it sooner, please choose expedited shipping.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not available due to the time spent on customization. If you have any issue with your item(s) please contact us so we can find the best solution.

Processing:
Orders can take 5-7 days for processing.
Custom Item Order Processing:
Customers will receive a proof within 3-5 days before anything is printed or shipped. At this time you can request up to 2 changes. There is a 2 change request maximum. Once you approve the design draft, the item is shipped. If design not approved within 3 day, the item will be shipped without approval.
Shipping:
Shipping is 3-5 business days (ground shipping). If you need the item sooner, there is an additional fee for faster shipping.
