Hats are all customized differently, no hat will be similar to another unless requested. Hat color is the mesh back of the hat.
1. Add details under theme/additional info (Name, words, colors, etc)
2. Optional: Email 1-3 photos or ideas to tripleqcustomdesigns@gmail.com with Order # as subject. If you need to add additional photos or would like a size you do not see, please email us or use our chat feature on the website.
3. Add to Cart.
CUSTOM HAT PROCESSING:
Processing takes 4-7 business days.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is 3-5 business days (ground shipping). If you need the item sooner, there is an additional fee for faster shipping.
REFUNDS:
There are NO REFUNDS on any custom items.
COLOR QUALITY
Please understand there are COLOR VARIATIONS. Due to variations in computer monitors as well as printers. The color printed may appear different than what is seen on screen.

Processing:
Orders can take 5-7 days for processing.
Custom Item Order Processing:
Customers will receive a proof within 3-5 days before anything is printed or shipped. At this time you can request up to 2 changes. There is a 2 change request maximum. Once you approve the design draft, the item is shipped. If design not approved within 3 day, the item will be shipped without approval.

Refunds are not available due to the time spent on customization. Please ensure everything is correct prior to your approval.
