4. Add details to additional info box: Robe Color, Slippers Color, Eye Mask Color, T-Shirt color
5. Upload HIGH QUALITY photos. Photos that are low quality and/or have a filter may appear blurry on the keychain. If you need to send additional photos, please email info@tripleqcustomdesigns.com.

PROCESSING:
Takes 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is 3-5 business days (ground shipping). If you need the item sooner, there is an additional fee for faster shipping.
REFUNDS:

Processing:
Orders can take 5-7 days for processing.
Custom Item Order Processing:
Customers will receive a proof within 3-5 days before anything is printed or shipped. At this time you can request up to 2 changes. There is a 2 change request maximum. Once you approve the design draft, the item is shipped. If design not approved within 3 day, the item will be shipped without approval.

Refunds are not available due to the time spent on customization. Please ensure everything is correct prior to your approval.
