ORDER DETAILS:
1. Choose if you would like to receive PRINT AND SHIP or DIGITAL FILE where you receive a digital file in 1-2 business days.
2. Please leave any customization information you would like to see on your custom cap topper (colors, words, quotes, pictures, flowers, glitter, no glitter, etc.) under theme/additional info.
PROFESSIONAL PRINTING
Professionally printed on high quality smooth card stock or glitter card stock.
COLOR QUALITY:
Please understand there are COLOR VARIATIONS. Due to variations in computer monitors as well as printers. The color printed may appear different than what is seen on screen.
PRINT AND SHIP will be sent out within 3 to 5 business days. (You will only receive the printed file)
DIGITAL FILE (NO ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A DIGITAL FILE TO PRINT ON YOUR OWN IN 1 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS)
REFUNDS:
Refunds are not available due to the time spent on customization. If you have any issue with your item(s) please contact me so I can find the best solution.

Processing:
Orders can take 5-7 days for processing.
Custom Item Order Processing:
Customers will receive a proof within 3-5 days before anything is printed or shipped. At this time you can request up to 2 changes. There is a 2 change request maximum. Once you approve the design draft, the item is shipped. If design not approved within 3 day, the item will be shipped without approval.
Shipping:
Shipping is 3-5 business days (ground shipping). If you need the item sooner, there is an additional fee for faster shipping.
