Order Details
1. Choose your quantity (If need bulk, please email for bulk pricing quote: info@tripleqcustomdesigns.com)
2. Type details under Theme/Additional info (Design type: Colors (1-2 colors), names, words, quotes, sayings, etc. images, Anything you would like to see on the lanyard.
3. (OPTIONAL) Upload 1-4 HIGH QUALITY photos. Photos that are low quality and/or have a filter may appear blurry on the sign. No screenshots or pictures of pictures. If you need to add additional photos or would like a size you do not see, please email info@tripleqcustomdesigns.com.

Processing:
Orders can take 5-7 days for processing.
Custom Item Order Processing:
Customers will receive a proof within 3-5 days before anything is printed or shipped. At this time you can request up to 2 changes. There is a 2 change request maximum. Once you approve the design draft, the item is shipped. If design not approved within 3 day, the item will be shipped without approval.
Shipping:
Shipping is 3-5 business days (ground shipping). If you need the item sooner, there is an additional fee for faster shipping.

REFUNDS:
Refunds are not available due to the time spent on customization. Please ensure everything is correct prior to your approval.
