ORDER DETAILS:
1. Choose your size
2. Add info under Theme/Additional Info
- Graduate Name
- School Name (include City and State)
- School Colors
- Graduation Year
- Any additional details: Example: Shirt Color
3. Upload 1-4 HIGH QUALITY photos. Photos that are low quality and/or have a filter may appear blurry on the shirt. No screenshots or pictures of pictures.
PROCESSING:
Takes 3-5 business days for processing.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is 2-4 business days (ground shipping). If you need the item sooner, please choose faster shipping at checkout. This does not rush the processing time, just shipping.
REFUNDS:
There are NO REFUNDS on any custom items.
COLOR QUALITY
Please understand there are COLOR VARIATIONS. Due to variations in computer monitors as well as printers. The color printed may appear different than what is seen on screen.

Processing:
Orders can take 5-7 days for processing.
Custom Item Order Processing:
Customers will receive a proof within 3-5 days before anything is printed or shipped. At this time you can request up to 2 changes. There is a 2 change request maximum. Once you approve the design draft, the item is shipped. If design not approved within 3 day, the item will be shipped without approval.
Shipping:
Shipping is 3-5 business days (ground shipping). If you need the item sooner, there is an additional fee for faster shipping.

Refunds are not available due to the time spent on customization. Please ensure everything is correct prior to your approval.
