You will receive a draft in 1-3 days for your review. There will be a 1 change request only.

SHIPPING:
Shipping is 3-5 business days (ground shipping). Once approved, your flag will be shipped within 2-3 days. If you need the item sooner, there is an additional fee for faster shipping.
REFUNDS:
There are NO REFUNDS on any custom items. Please make sure everything is correct upon approval.
COLOR QUALITY
Please understand there are COLOR VARIATIONS. Due to variations in computer monitors as well as printers. The color printed may appear different than what is seen on screen.

Orders can take 5-7 days for processing.
Custom Item Order Processing:
Customers will receive a proof within 3-5 days before anything is printed or shipped. At this time you can request up to 2 changes. There is a 2 change request maximum. Once you approve the design draft, the item is shipped. If design not approved within 3 day, the item will be shipped without approval.
