Order Details
1. Choose Size
2. Add details (First/Last Name, Birth/Death Date, Design Ideas: Color, words, quote, birds, flowers, etc. (Whatever design idea you would like to see on urn)
3. Upload 1-6 HIGH QUALITY photos. Photos that are low quality and/or have a filter may appear blurry on the urn. No screenshots or pictures of pictures. If you need to add additional photos please email info@tripleqcustomdesigns.com.
4. Add to Cart.
URN PROCESSING:
Takes 7 to 10 days for processing. You will receive a proof BEFORE anything is printed/shipped. At that time, you can make changes or approve. There is a 2 change request maximum. Once you approve, the item is shipped.
***If design is started and order is cancelled, there will be a $50 design fee.***
SHIPPING:
Shipping is 3-5 business days (ground shipping). Once approved, your custom urn will be shipped within 2-3 days. If you need the item sooner, there is an additional fee for faster shipping.
REFUNDS:
There are NO REFUNDS on any custom items. Please make sure everything is correct upon approval.
COLOR QUALITY
Please understand there are COLOR VARIATIONS. Due to variations in computer monitors as well as printers. The color printed may appear different than what is seen on screen.

Orders can take 5-7 days for processing.
Custom Item Order Processing:
Customers will receive a proof within 3-5 days before anything is printed or shipped. At this time you can request up to 2 changes. There is a 2 change request maximum. Once you approve the design draft, the item is shipped. If design not approved within 3 day, the item will be shipped without approval.
