Order Details

1. Choose your pillow style (single or double sided)

                 Single - Only Diploma on pillow

                 Double Sided - Diploma and School Photo

2. Choose your shirt size

3. Add details (School Name and colors, Grad first and last name, Anything you would like to see on pillow (sports, band, cheer, debate club, valedictorian, etc.)

4. (OPTIONAL) Upload 1-4 HIGH QUALITY photos. Photos that are low quality and/or have a filter may appear blurry on the sign. No screenshots or pictures of pictures. If you need to add additional photos or would like a size you do not see, please email info@tripleqcustomdesigns.com. 

5. Add to Cart.

PACKAGE PROCESSING:

Takes 1 to 2 weeks for processing. You will receive a proof BEFORE anything is printed/shipped. At that time, you can make changes or approve. There is a 1 change request maximum due to volume of orders for graduation season. Once you approve, the item is shipped. 

SHIPPING:

Shipping is 3-5 business days (ground shipping). Once approved, your item will be shipped within 2-3 days. If you need the item sooner, there is an additional fee for faster shipping.

REFUNDS:

There are NO REFUNDS on any custom items. Please make sure everything is correct upon approval

Custom Item Order Processing:

Customers will receive a proof within 3-5 days before anything is printed or shipped. At this time you can request up to 2 changes. There is a 2 change request maximum. Once you approve the design draft, the item is shipped. If design not approved within 3 day, the item will be shipped without approval.

Refunds

REFUNDS:

Refunds are not available due to the time spent on customization. Please ensure everything is correct prior to your approval.
