SHIPPING:
Shipping is 3-5 business days (ground shipping, USPS). If you need the item sooner, there is an additional fee for faster shipping.
REFUNDS:
You may return within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. If item is damaged and not in the original quality, customer will not receive a refund. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back.

Please understand there are COLOR VARIATIONS. Due to variations in computer monitors as well as printers. The color printed may appear different than what is seen on screen.

Orders can take 5-7 days for processing.
Custom Item Order Processing:
Customers will receive a proof within 3-5 days before anything is printed or shipped. At this time you can request up to 2 changes. There is a 2 change request maximum. Once you approve the design draft, the item is shipped. If design not approved within 3 day, the item will be shipped without approval.
